This
year’s staff conference was held at

review of the year incorporating new procedures and an
explanation of how detailed information can be provided in
a timely fashion.
-
Mike West, Credit Control Manager – To get an
acceptable percentage of owed money in to provide
sufficient cleared funds for the companies’ use. With his
use of some very nice slides conveyed his message on

talk on how the quality of service can be improved even
further by looking at different ways to increase efficiency
and how the administration department strive to do so.

covered aspects of training in the department and their
constant goal of improving business whether it be by
varying products, online facilities, EDI etc.

Kevin Pike, Claims Director - A thought provoking, informative and almost
shocking report on the cost of claims in the industry
today, coupled with some well timed humour made this a
very enjoyable section of the program.
-
Wayne Bradshaw, Sales & Marketing Director- An
amusing yet informative section of the evening
incorporating many targets which the company needs to meet
in the coming year and how we can accomplish this.
-
Alison Middleton, Operations Director - An interesting talk on efficiency and
customer services again incorporating many targets for the
coming year and some new and improved procedures to make
sure these are met.

executed.

enthusiasm covering the continuance of the development of
